Eats 7-10-12

Breakfast: 3-egg omelet topped with homemade sriracha mayo, 2 oz smoked wild-caught salmon, iced cold-brewed coffee with 1 oz heavy cream.

Mid-morning snack: 1/2 cup raspberries with 1 TB slivered almonds and 1 oz heavy cream.

Lunch: 1/4 lb Czech meatballs (from Well Fed), 1/2 cup steam-sauteed green cabbage, 1/2 cup cauliflower puree.

Afternoon snack: 1 T coconut butter, 1 bottle of VitaCoco coconut water (plain).

Dinner: Beef Meatza (first one!) with mushrooms, kale chips, and roasted broccoli.  1/2 cup raspberries and 1 small square 90% dark chocolate for dessert.
